WeddingBudgetCalc is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information:
- Analytics data: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This includes anonymous information like pages visited, time spent on site, and general geographic region.
- Technical data: Basic information like browser type and device type to ensure our calculators work properly across different platforms.
We do not collect personal information from our free calculators or tools. The numbers you enter never leave your browser.
If you purchase a premium digital product, we collect the email address you provide during checkout (processed by Stripe) to deliver your purchase and provide order support. We do not use this email for marketing unless you separately opt in.
How We Use Information
The anonymous analytics data we collect helps us:

Your Calculator Data
All calculations happen directly in your browser. The numbers you enter into our wedding budget calculator, alcohol calculator, or any other tool never leave your device. We don't see them, we don't store them, and we can't access them. Your wedding planning data is yours alone.

Payment Processing
For premium digital product purchases, we use Stripe, Inc. as our payment processor. When you make a purchase, Stripe collects your payment information (credit card number, billing address, and email address) directly. WeddingBudgetCalc does not store or have access to your full credit card details.
We receive from Stripe: your email address (to deliver purchase confirmations), the product purchased, and the transaction status. This information is used solely to fulfill your order and provide customer support.
Stripe processes your payment information according to their privacy policy and is PCI-DSS compliant. Your financial data is encrypted and handled securely by Stripe's infrastructure.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our site. Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
