Buy the all in one PA speaker if you own nothing; add a proper mic system only if the ceremony audio has to be right. A battery PA with two included wireless handhelds covers a small ceremony and the speeches for around ninety dollars. A dedicated dual channel system sounds better and stays clear at distance, but it still needs a speaker to plug into. The real failure at outdoor ceremonies is that nobody hears the vows, and a lapel microphone on the officiant fixes that better than more wattage does.

You have no equipment and need ceremony music, an officiant who can be heard, and speeches at the reception. An all in one battery PA does all three, runs without mains power, and packs into a car.
